Good evening Petsworth families!
This is Mrs. Mygas calling with some reminders for the week ahead.
Tomorrow, Monday, January 8th, there will be a House Leader meeting at 8am.
Tuesday, January 9th, All in Tutoring will resume in the morning for specific 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students.
Wednesday, January 10th, we will have morning movers beginning at 8:15am. Any student who would like to join is welcome to attend!
Thursday, January 11th, our second grade students will be performing a winter concert in the gym at 6pm. Please show your support of our students and plan on attending if you are available.
Each month, we have been focusing on one of our 5 Houses and the trait of that House. In the month of January, we will be showing support of the Ware House and looking for students who are demonstrating the trait of loyalty. Students who are caught being loyal, will be recognized with a small certificate and announced on the morning announcements throughout the month! This Friday, January 12th, students are asked to wear white in honor of the Ware House.
Also a reminder that Monday, January 15th is Martin Luther King Jr. day. Students and staff do not have school on Monday. Students will return to school on Tuesday, January 16th.
